Cut to size

Smooth seams and edges
The assembled panels have inner and outer edges in the corners. The inner edges can be easily smoothed with a sealing tape. Both plates are lubricated on the corresponding side with a sealant. Then the sealing tape is placed over corner in the edge. The excess sealant is then removed with a putty knife. For external edges, the use of a special reinforcing strip offers. This is similar to the sealing tape attached. Aluminum edges can also be applied for extra protection.
Even the smooth seams should be treated with a sealant. Simply lubricate the mass just above the seam. The sealant penetrates into the fine bumps. Then let the compound dry and sand with a sandpaper.
It should be noted that a plasterboard is not resistant to moisture. The mounting of the plate should therefore leave a small margin to the ground. For this purpose, a piece of the plate can be used as a guide. Simply place the plate to be mounted on the plates lying on the floor and fasten. After mounting, simply remove the guide plate. To get a clean finish, a bottom bar is mounted.
