Home Purchase

If you do not want the new building, but wish to buy a property, you can also benefit from numerous grants from the Kreditanstalt für Wiederaufbau:

  1. Self-Use : For the purchase of a house or condominium, interested parties can use the KfW Home Ownership Program (124) to obtain up to € 50,000 in credit, which they can use to finance the total costs, including ancillary building costs.
  2. New build : Here, the same conditions apply as for building a house (see above), but interested people buy the finished building and do not build it.

Energetic renovation

For new owners, a new building is generally out of the question. Depending on the age of the house, there is usually a renovation .
